Registration Information
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: March 31, 2012. Register early, space is limited.
FINAL REGISTRATION FEES DUE: March 31, 2012. Registration and deposit/payment confirms your spot. Fees are non-refundable due to scheduling. Confirmation deposit $750.
FINAL ROSTER DEADLINE: April 8, 2012 prior to tournament, to be included in the program. Changes to the roster can be made up to the date of the tournament but will not be included in the program. Rosters will be considered final at team check-in.
WAIVER/RELEASE FORM: Must be submitted on or before your first game; no skater may go on the ice until this is received. There will be no exceptions.
